We ship FedEx for best on time service. We offer free outbound FedEx shipping within the 48 states to all customers who book there rental 10 or more days in advance*. Standard FedEx delivery services include:
1) early next day by 8:30am
2) standard next day by 10:30am
3) economy next day by 5:00pm
4) next day Saturday delivery by 12:00pm
5) 2-day express by 10:30am
6) 2-day express by 5:00pm
7) 3 day express end of day
8) standard ground delivery end of day.
We will ship your order via the most economical method to have it arrive by the correct day and time you request. As a courtesy the rental equipment almost always arrives the day before your contract start date.
Shipping rates vary based on zip code, box weight and total number of boxes being shipped. FedEx Saturday delivery is available, call for restrictions and pricing. We always pre-print the return shipping labels and ship the return rental equipment via standard ground delivery to save our customers time and money!
You have the option to supply your own UPS or FedEx account number for customer paid roundtrip shipping. For this service there is a shipping & handling fee of $5.00. Call us at 1-800-996-1810 if you have a specific shipping question or concerns.
*Free outbound shipping does not apply to Aircard, BlackBerry and NetBook rentals. In order to qualify for the free outbound ground shipping promotion, orders must be booked and paid for at least 10 days in advance, no exceptions.
